For four years, I contributed with bold and clever ideas at the in-house agency of one of the largest companies in the tobacco industry in Latin America.
Bem Bolado was a true creative lab, where I deepened my experience in leadership and 360° marketing focused on results and sales. I also applied my background as a designer to strategically build branding For an engaged community of over 500,000 people. More than 1,000 pieces of content were produced across different formats and platforms.
I started at the company back in 2020 as a content designer and gradually took on more responsibilities until I became the creative lead of the marketing team, particularly leading the social media content. I was also responsible for the creative planning, campaign coordination, productions and launches, team management (internal and outsourced), influencer and client relations, as well as acting as the connection between different departments of the company.
